Jake studied at Arizona State University where he received his Bachelor's of Science in Management. He then earned his MBA from North Dakota State University in Fargo, ND. He began his accounting career working as a CPA at a regional accounting firm in Colorado providing tax preparation and advisory services to individuals, small businesses, partnerships, and corporations. His areas of expertise include professional service corporations, real estate, and construction.
Jake is also an active member in his local community as a CASA (court appointed special advocate), Treasurer for The Butterfly Foundation, and mentor for Goodwill's Summer Bridge program. Jake is also a golf professional, so when not advising clients with their tax issues, you will most likely find him on the golf course.
